Stress is a killer. And we all know that meditation is good for us but it's really hard to do and who really has time to sit on a pillow for hours a day? 
 
I was never a very good mediator. Thoughts always intruded and I'd find myself jumping up to do that thing I remembered I had to do. But there is a simple solution and it has saved me from stress!
